We are spiritual/celestial beings having a human experience. This creates a duality to reality as we are two things in one. We have a physical body and we have an energy body. Our energy body has a complex chakra system that can be compared to the human body's vital organs, nervous system, and veins. Chakras are energy vortexes and life's stressors can through them off balance which affects the physical body and brain function.
Reiki is a healing modality that brings balance back to the chakra system which in turn alleviates physical pain, illness, and mental fatigue.

We are living in a time in history where the frequency (energy flow) of humanity is rising swiftly. Many are experiencing difficulties navigating through this transition and with a little guidance this process may become one of the best experiences of enlightenment one will journey through.
In my sessions with clients, I shine a light on how everything is energy and offer guidance on how to regulate energy and transform their lives.
I have personally walked the path of disconnecting from generational trauma and navigating my nervous system out of perpetual fight or flight. I did it through shadow work, learning how to regulate emotional energy, and learning how to balance my energy body. It is now my passion to help others find the same.

I was born into a thunderstorm of generational trauma and was determined to break those generational patterns and cycles within myself so that my children and lineage could have a healthier life than that from which we inherited.
In 2015, I set off on what would be a ten-year journey of deconstructing my human conditioning and reconstructing my life and my nervous system through learning about, applying, and maintaining energy regulation.

My ten-year journey did not need to be as long, nor as hard, as it was. I had to dig DEEP for the information I needed for true lasting healing. I appreciate the road I traveled. It provided me with a map that I now have a passion shinning a light on so that others can find their personalized way to healing.
My education didn’t come from a university; it was forged in the fire of life-altering experiences, extensive trauma recovery programs, high level integrated therapists, and in-depth research into human behavior. Through that journey, energy work emerged as the ultimate tool to end my chaos, rebuild my foundation, and cultivate profound lasting peace. This transformation was too impactful to keep to myself and I am now driven to pass this knowledge on!
