We are spiritual/celestial beings having a human experience.  This creates a duality to reality as we are two things in one.  We have a physical body and we have an energy body.  Our energy body has a complex chakra system that can be compared to the human body's vital organs, nervous system, and veins. Chakras are energy vortexes and life's stressors can through them off balance which affects the physical body and brain function.

I have personally walked the path of disconnecting from generational trauma and navigating my nervous system out of perpetual fight or flight.  I did it through shadow work, learning how to regulate emotional energy, and learning how to balance my energy body.
